•Program Management –Concept phase –including clarification of technical requirements considering local particularities, openness for innovation and cost saving potential as well as search for competitive advantages within RFQs.
•Program Management –Series Development –with earliest involvement of suppliers in search of customer-specific solutions and in respect of cultural particularities.
•Program Management –Ramp up –including SOP simulation and implementation of product readiness control system with appropriate top management reporting.
